Forest Mushroom House (It wasn't tax exempt when it was first released on Legacy, but it is tax exempt on Unchained. Maybe it is the same for Legacy now as well.)

PS: The design of the mushroom houses and the beanstalk house are untradable and once they are built they can't be sold either.
Design of Forest Mushroom House from Diligence Shop was tradable, it was fixed?
+ You forgot about Solar Scarecrow Farm Kit from Gilda shop, it's a 16x16 farm that possible rebuild to 24x24 Pavilion.
You are totally right - that design is tradable. I totally forgot even though I bought tons of them to build a mushroom village on my NA alt... Damightypizza should keep in mind though that neither the built versions of the mushroom houses are not tradable and the raised version's design is untradable as well (when you demolish it).Quote:
