the punishment is there, jail time (broken jury system i must admit) and also being a pirate which isolates you from both factions and you just because a huge target for everyone.

i see this thread still going strong, don't see what the big deal is. PvP is encouraged in this game, you just have to deal with it. If you can't....move on to the next game, end of story.
