transfer your char are ok! but not when this players lose his land what they have become throu hard work... trion can merge servers how often they would but then they should open exclusive land for...

did you even thought about you will loose some players with the server merge + property wipe??
maybe a couple of players havnt the time to be online when the run starts to get land and some players...

all what i say now is the tech support really suxx...
ive found more methods here on the forum or other AA forums where much players write there helps as the tech support...

he needs the verrification code to login and if he try to get one to his e-mail he didnt receive any mail...

more time there the server was offline was more time in there we as the consumers/players lost more and more time of our patrontime... and we get not really anything for it... oh ahm.. we get more...

i´m thinkin more you´d crash the server earlyer to have more time to get the server in maintenance at 1:15 AM to have more time to do the work on it....
