Issue here is that rng has such a tremendous impact on quality that it has too much effect on the actual gameplay.

totally forgot, they should add in delphinad armor in the cash-shop aswell so people can sell 'em on the AH.

had they made it a system where cash-shop items weren't involved and played an important part in actually getting a system like this to work, it wouldn't be a problem. You need regrades if you want...
