Very few trade runs pull 18 silver per labor unless you doing long range PVP zone packs or are doing some fancy cross region alt hiring to make gilda packs. Most of the packs are in to 10-15 silver...

No one is saying anything of the sort. Attributing intentional gameplay changes to alts is completely idiotic though.

If land is so hard to get and so many people are clamoring for it then why have I been trying to sell a bunch of demos on Jakar for weeks without even so much as someone messaging to ask about it?

I have land in Solis on Jakar - two 24's and 1 16 that are all touching in a line, as well as one lone 16 demo I've been trying to sell for a couple weeks. There is also someone else selling a 16...

You are excluding the value of the gilda. I usually include them at 2g each since people refuse to sell them at 1g each now.

APEX prices are dictated solely on the ease at which people get gold. If people wren't buying them for gold the prices would go down....
