    Hey GM Fasti,

    Ticket # 13168. My buddy is unable to complete his patron purchase. He's had the ticket open for 3 days now, and hasn't gotten a response yet. I told him to post in this thread but he was having issues finding this thread. Please assist =)

    Continuous payment errors, removed my payment method and now I cant add it back.

    I know my back account and Paypal are working fine because I just bought a game.

    Hi, I can't complete any payment, all get refused, the last one is the one with the order number 217847561, all the others were also rejected, so i'm only interested in getting this last one.

    In about 20 minutes you should be able to make a purchase without the error. Sorry about that!

    I keep getting the error on two accounts and when I click the link to submit a ticket I get "Ooops the page you are looking for does not exist" a this address https://support.trionworlds.com/app/...AssistanceForm
