    I am unable to purchase a patron subscription or credits as I need to verifiy my country or addres. However, there are no such options on account management.

    I have already submitted a ticket (1216819) and no response. Is there any way to fix this as I would really like to buy a subscription but cannot.

    Please asssist urgently.
