Indeed, it's good to see a great community get destroyed (sarcasm)...rip PTS, well, at least we have ArcheRage...seeing that Gamigo just wants to pay-wall everything on AAU & AA, I heavily doubt PTS will ever be up again, how many months has it been down? I'm even willing to pay to access PTS. But, apparently, Gamigo does not need it.
Does Archeage Unchained have a PTS server? It's online or acessible?
AAU does have a PTS (not really a great one, it's in the same boat as PTS1 but ye) as PTS2 on the main PTS server, if PTS was online you would see PTS1 (Legacy ArcheAge) and PTS2 (ArcheAge Unchained). If PTS ever comes up one day in due time, PTS2 would be the server you would access for AAU.
