Corrupted Wit Buff

Hello!

The Corrupted Wit Buff (Serpentis Staff Tier 3 Buff) (15% Firebold ....) seems to be bugged.

If I but on the Weapon, the buff turns on...but after that, never again. The mechanic is supposed to give that buff from time to time, but after using that weapon for 2 month i can tell, it never popped in. Or am I supposed to put it on my bar? (what is very uncomfortable)

Can u please check into that?

And if u can give me a short review...i would be happy :-)

You have to put it on your hot bar, just like any other "Use Effect" for weapons.
