How do we request threads to be stickied? This and the guilds thread could be stickied.

The admins and mods hate us. By "us", I mean Kyrios forums because there was probably a week long ban spree that was going on around here. That ban spree and Lord Tyrannos would constantly delete or block threads that were getting really funny, were already really funny, or threads that were dupe threads (RIP Thread posts).
