    How long will I be locked out of my account? This is quite crazy? If the auto account could be reset I can answer the security questions. This has been an issue for years and still hasn’t been fixed...

    Fake email setup when purchased through steam

    Account created through steam did not use a proper email address:

    I can't log to my account because Mail.ru, where was my mail ***.mail.ua, transferred to mail.ru and i can't receive Glyph Authentication Email. Support don't answer more than a week. I need to change my mail

    purchased through steam, linked to current account and it is also telling me that email used is a fake account. fake.55689372@reg.123.fake.priv

    submitted a ticket almost 2 weeks ago

    3 weeks no communication or response to ticket (1388581) submitted Jan 4. this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad that my accounts broken to the point I can't give you money for credits. Won't be giving your company dime Thanks for making this an easy choice.
