    ArcheAge NA Game Update: 6/24/15 at 5:00 AM PDT (GMT-7)

    8:10 AM PDT: The North American servers are now available. The Marketplace update and new packs will be live by 11:00 AM PDT.

    8:00 AM PDT: The servers are now undergoing validation.

    6:40 AM PDT: The game update has been applied to the servers which are now being restarted.

    5:00 AM PDT: The North American servers are now being taken offline for this game update.

    UPDATE 2: Thanks for players' reports from PTS, we were able to rapidly identify the issue with the previous Devouring Depths build. This game update is now scheduled for Wednesday, June 24 as reflected below.

    UPDATE: Following up on player testing feedback on PTS over the weekend, we found there are two showstoppers that we weren't able to fix in time for the Tuesday launch window: a frequent disconnection issue and a broken arena queuing button. XLGAMES is already working to address both of these bugs and we'll have a new estimate for the launch of Devouring Depths in the morning, sorry for the delayed release! Meanwhile, we've published the patch notes for the PTS build for you to check out.

    The North American ArcheAge servers will be unavailable at 5:00 AM PDT (GMT-7) on [strike]Tuesday, June 23[/strike] Wednesday, June 24 for a game update to ArcheAge Version 1.7 Build 6.5 (patch notes to be published later today). The estimated duration for this downtime is 6 hours.

    Scapes are you serious. Knowing that there is an issue with the leviathan and that there is a constant dc issue on the test server trion is still going ahead with this update going live for everyone. I do not understand the hurry in getting this update live when there has been so many issues with it on the test server from the moment it went live.

    Come on do not do this to us.

    Are you going to fix the constant d/c, The bugged out Leviathan and are you going to be adding the exploit fix to this build as well before pumping this to live tomorrow and having a screw up causing the servers to be down for 2 or 3 more maint's throughout this week?

    I agree with pushing 1.7b back a week or so to address the issues we are having. There is no point in pushing it out at the moment if the DC issue is so constant and the dll inject hack. better to let it stay on PTS till its fix than pushing it live. Please consider the amount of issue it will cause for pushing out this current build vs wait till the fix for them and since it was only on PTS for less than a week.

    Then will you apply those fixes to PTS and have it tested before it comes to live? Again, instead of having a fix implemented with only a team doing a small test, How about push it to PTS and have a larger portion test it before it goes to live to ensure that the problems are no longer there.

    Thank you for replying. I do hope that you find the issues we have been experiencing on the pts and fix them before you take it live in the morning.
