Returning player, East or west?

Hey just thinking of returning and while I would rather go west. I keep hearing that east has more Oceanic players, I'm also Oceanic so I was wondering if east would be better for me because of that.

I'd recommend east if you want to have an active oceanic timebase for your afternoon.

Oceanic times +1 for West, both are good though

OCE Halcy is dominated by East currently, but tides change.
I say this as an East player, having seen West come back from straight losses before. Tinksy has done it once, and will likely do it again.

East as far as I know has more OCE oriented guilds. West OCE players are dispersed among all of the NA heavy guilds, besides Origin as far as I know.

I would love to see the Oceanic community improve on the west a bit more. The PVP is great during oceanic hours but like Mumbly mentioned it is east dominated. If you would like to know more about west oceanic community I would love to have a chat when I get back (sunday evening).
