While our harassment policy covers all of our games, ArcheAge is tricky because of the ability to bloodlust on your own faction in order to willingly commit crimes. However, as those crimes carry an in-game penalty, carrying them out or making use of bloodlust in order to attack another specific individual is not something we action on. It's part of ArcheAge's design. If he was attempting to avoid in-game systems, was breaking your ignore by creating new characters, or was violating our chat policies, then that would be considered harassment. But, as this is in-game attacks, this needs to be responded to with in-game action in kind. We know it may be frustrating, but why not consider turning to another guild for help, or finding other ways to retaliate or avoid his presence? Again, we apologize, but this will need to be handled on an in-game level, not an out-of-game one.
