didnt you know that they implemented a new system with support tickets ever since they removed live chat?

thanks to the astounding results we got from selling RNG boxes, we've decided to also include RNG at the zendesk. now everytime you open a ticket, it rolls 2 dice, and if you get the number 12 then you get a real human GM. if not, you get a copypasta of apologies and inconveniences.

geez, you guys should know better than this.
