Cant connect to server ?

My friend wanted to swap to Shatigon but cant seem to connect to it, or some other servers... the only 2 he can connect to he have 1 char on each... (in delete process) is it a limit to 2 servers per account or is it something else going on ?, i can connect just fine...

Unless you use a charactyer expansion scroll you can only have 2 characters I believe, your friend will need to use a character expansion scroll ^^
