    I did that, it's been 5 days and your dear support has done nothing and said nothing.

    I'm sorry for the delay! I confirmed your ticket was still moving up the queue and one of our CS agents will reply as soon as they can. Our response times are currently much longer than normal due to the amount of tickets in our queue and our CS team is working hard to get caught up. We appreciate your patience!
