Exclamation Endless Arrows was broken by a recent change last Tuesday. Proof inside.

    Before last tuesday's patch:

After last tuesday's patch, Endless arrows has been firing like this every day, all day. And it makes me want to insta log off for the day:

Here are a couple Tracerts that show it's not a ping issue, this is a patch issue. Something is hard limiting the speed at which Endless Arrows fire.

Trino has constantly said that they do not make game balence changes and leave it up to XLGames, yet implementing a Animation Limiter doesn't seem to cross their mind as a balence change. This disrupts the amount of damage that archers can put out in a small amount of time which is extremely important in PvP as we only have seconds to do damage before having to spend global cooldowns to create gaps between our enemies. Endless Arrows functioning correctly is extremely important for filler damage in between main shot CDs, if it is underperforming in speed, we're screwed.

Good as it is. Only fair. Some people have a Bad pong like 100- 200 ms. So Equal speed for all. And i am prime too with around 40 ms. So its my opinion.

If this is an intended change they'd have made it part of some kind of hot fix or patch notes, so it's clearly something buggy going on, as I've experienced it since last Tuesday as well. (As my class relies heavily on endless arrows dps) if it is an intended change, then we should've had some kind of notice, and my class will probably be going back to *shield needed*, if not however.. the sooner it's fixed the better. (Ping/lag are going to force you to "suck" no matter how "balanced" they make our version of EA, so that's really not the expected problem in my book, when we finally get an explanation about this.)

    It's because of Skill Queue
You fell in the Trion fairy tale:

"Skill Queue will stabilize the performance"
    "Testing Period"

Skill Queue was not added last week.

A different change was incorporated to limit the speed of animations, it affected EE too hard.

yea i second this. What ever they did, they absolutely ♥♥♥♥ed endless arrows up. This change makes endless arrows far to slow to be decent in pvp now. Like before the patch, i could stack up stalkers mark to about 100 stacks before it blew up, now im lucky to get 60 stacks. So about every 15 seconds im loseing about 40 arrows worth of damage now.like whats the point of playing primeval and slowly hitting enemy's with slow as hell endless arrows when i can just swap dr and 2 tap people. makes no sense.

How many EA are you getting per second now vs how many you were getting before, when not in a raid setting?

Im experiencing this same problem. Ill fire endless arrows and every 2-3 seconds itl slow then restart firing fast. My ping to trion servers is 42ms but since last patch or so bounces wildely at times but not enough to influence my game play. which i hadnt noticed till reading this post. I feel its server instability or a change to skill Q they once again didnt mention. We never get patch notes unless its a cheesy event patch notes. Please explain for us why server is unstable/changed and what solutions/steps are being taken.

Now im stuck on a dead server with a nerfed archer. Trion make me a happy customer everytime...... Or maybe i cry every time for how bad its become here.
