    Europe Server Select screen?

    Hi.
    Can't load into the server select screen on european region. This happens on both my computers and I have no issues login into my toons on NA.
    Help?

    Reset router, restarted computer, reinstalled the game, still can't get to the server select screen on the european region. No issues on NA though.
    No error messages, it just closes.

    Stuck Server select screen !!!

    Cant login on all 5 my of patron accounts. Get to server select screen then |Gods has disconnected you"

    Been trying last 4 hours.

    Hi


    I'm having the same issues it has now been 10 hours since I've encountered this error.

    I have re-installed both GLYPH & ARCHEAGE, did a fresh clean installation and still can't log in to EU servers but no problems login to NA...

    The only thing I noticed on the LOG file is this at the end

    <17:49:14> [82321C2B][Warning] [net 17:49:14.405] socket error: 00000079 Unknown
    I have tried every single thing... including removing Antivirus, Opening Firewall ports etc etc nothing seems to work.

    PLEASE HELP !

    Thanks for the extra info! I'd suggest that anyone experiencing this issue submit a support ticket and attach their network test results to it. I'd also make sure you let our CS team know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried so they can pick up where you left off!

    I have sent a ticket reporting this issue but so far the replies I had didn't solved my problem.

    So you can better understand the situation I've just made a list of what I've done so far.

    - Fresh windows installation
    - Fresh Glyph & Archeage Installation
    - Reset my Router
    - Port forwarding the TCP ports 80, 1237, 1239 and 1250 ( On Router )
    - Add both Glyph Client and Archeage to windows Firewall


    ERROR IS THE SAME:

    <23:54:03> [82321C2B][Warning] [net 23:54:03.134] socket error: 00000079 Unknown
    Europe Servers:

    Glyph -> Play -> Load -> Logos ( Trion... etc Cryengine ) -> Grey ( Black Screen ) -> Exits to windows after 15secs no other info is displayed

    North America Servers:

    Glyph -> Play -> Load - > Logos -> Server Selection Screen -> Can play on any


    So I've now ran out of options... WHAT ELSE can I do on my end ?!

    My main char is in EU and I haven't been able to log for 15h now and I had just payed for another month of Patron...
    PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO HAVE A LOOK AT THIS ISSUE ASAP...

    I'm having the exact same issue since this morning(zero things changed on my network since yesterday when I could play fine on EU). Na works fine, but EU exits silently a few seconds after the logos.

    EU server pings fine and tracert completes with low pings and no dropped packets.

    I get the socket error warning too, but, more importantly, I get these 2 identical actual errors near the end(as well as a ton of Animation-queue overflow warnings):

    Code:

    <02:16:57> [B95EE41B][Error] invalid parent unit id(81443)
    And also these 2 errors earlier which seems less important:

    EU login is down

    Why are they down for past 3-4 hrs for me? I can login on NA fine but not on EU?

    AA crashes before it gets to EU server list. I have no problem with NA.
    Any ideas?
