    Support is a joke. Seriously.

    Can anyone tell them to stop replying to us with canned answers and maybe check their info BEFORE telling to do stuff we've already done?!

    There was 24 days when i sent the ticket but I only log every other day that acct. I complain of no patron buff and this USELESS CS sends me this below (and there's my reply)

    Please get your CS to handle it!
    24 DAYS LEFT OF PATRON ON ACCOUNT, BUT NO PATRON IN GAME FOR A FEW DAYS

    I apologize for the confusion this issue has caused, and I can certainly understand how not seeing all your Patron time would be frustrating. The game time displayed in-game is not always accurate to what your actual total Patron time is. The time in-game will only have 1 cycle of your Patron time, and players will often have several stacked up. If you want to see your actual Patron time remaining you can visit the below link and log into your account.

    Already done that and I know what time I've paid for. I don't rely on your website to tell me that I use my OWN calendar.
