    @trion Ticket sent 9 days ago still no answer.

    How much longer will I have to wait for my ticket to be treated? my tickets actually cause I did 2, one more recently. 1 or 2 days it's ok, but like... 9 days now? It's just not acceptable lol

    Round 2 incoming. After I made this post and someone from the CS team answered me my request was treated "fairly" fast (2 days) and now there we go again, 8 days with no answer... Are you guys that charged that you take in average 10 days to answer a ticket... this is just not acceptable @Trion

    Thats how they deal with Supp tickets i had to wait for mine 4 days and my problem didnt got fixed and i cant play anymore on NA.
