    Glyph Errors After Maintenance

    My family member is getting #2025 glyph errors after they took down the server and hasn't been able to log back in. She sent a ticket but it'll probably take days to answer. She suspects that the system flagged her for logging in her alt accounts and redeeming items. Ticket #912177

    Mmm she tried everything there and still can't log in on glyph.

    This is Trions fault, all VPN access are compromised also with regular connections. Their lack of response is due to the fact that they dont know the answer.

    I am having trouble logging in to glyph, website and forum as well at home. I assume I should make a ticket?

    I got the same error as described in start post. I can lig in from different IP so I guess for some reason my ip ended up blocked. Made a ticket and hope to get it resolved soon.
