    If you looked up on some of koons recent videos, he states that there is still a dr class, its simply occultism instead of auramancy. Songcraft is far better than aura for mobility, with the new speed buff and debuff combo (untargetable). Mages are the true king in 4.5. Archers are still your last problem, only the godly ones will really give you problems, which is exactly the way it is today.

    Looking for solid source of information on STR changes in testing:

    * How much crit rate is added per str?
    * How much crit damage is added per str?

    This would be useful info on a melee thread. Archers bickering about their rotations, their rankings, and other random nonsense, is not.

    Go watch Jahlons 4.5 video series. It has the stat changes as well as the skill changes.

    0.027 crit rate per str
    0, crit damage is not a stat bonus

    Cringe... Archery is broken beyond belief since you only need crit rate/crit dmg and focus became irrelevant. Mages are nowhere near where the other 2 main dps skill trees are. Please, stop pushing your agenda about Archery so much :P Thank god concussive gets nerfed next patch.

    Totally agree with Felinae on this. Archers are already the best DPS class for Raid PvP at endgame right now. With every patch they got higher in power level (Abyssal, Ancestral, New gems) until right now they can do everything a mage can and more, making mages pretty much second choice even for aoe dps in raids right now. The damage level of DPS classes is so high right now, that mages cannot even afford to follow up on pulls with aoes cause they mostly get sniped for 20k+. At the same time, archers can follow up on pulls from 50m instead of melee range and also got higher single target dps with superior mobility.

    Truth be told the constant whining of archers about how underpowered they are went from relateble, to exaggerated to annoying and almost comical. It is almost a meme now. I am a dps mage sitting on 5.3k Toughness and almost 7k resillience, and even when swapping to a shield I often enough die to some decently geared (leg t7 is enough..) Ebonsong missile raining from 50m away, not putting themselves into danger at all, even if I swap shield in time. Only thing that helps are bloomfang and serp shield, and don't get me started on 3 archers pulling it off at once. And there is the complete ♥♥♥♥ty line of sight ignoring in naval pvp as well as hitting targets in stealth with missile rain. But yeah, nerfing wave meteor that has an incredible long cast time AND channel was completely necessary, cause it is so easy to pull off... *rant end*
