    When is the last time you even played? Its not just us with new crit rate and crit damage gems, everyone gets them, and now battlerage is reduced itself to not even bothering with trip chain, its now just spam tiger strike with a precision strike on the end.

    Its not snipe that has a reduction to parry/block/evade its the new float, which I haven't seen if you can use snipe with, and locks you in walking mode for 6 seconds. I dont care how slow a tank is, they not that slow. Snipe has reduced damage and no longer goes through objects in exchange for no more snipe immunity.

    Ive hardly bothered with my crit gems with how exoensive they are. Haha and yeah most tank will be just as, if not more mobile with mobility being spread out amongst all the utility trees. I can tell you all first hand, you can kite a tank all day, but one mistake or you go oom, and you lose a good 30-60% hp before you manage to escape, if you even have the mana to escape. I'll make some vids on fighting some of the tanks in my server. The bad ones I can beat, but the "good"/geared ones just stand still and spam laugh.

    I didnt say you couldnt kite a tank, I was responding to his message that snipe was unavoidable (in 4.5), but thats not true, only with the new float and at which point you are moving at a walk speed which means you wont be kiting a tank.

    Oh I just quoted your post, It was more of a response to both of you. I didnt mean for you to think I thought you were saying I couldnt kite tanks, I was telling Tet that tanks dont care about being kited, when they just laugh at our dmg anyways.

    Sry i didnt mean the snipe skill but A sniping ability, the buff, indeed the one where you can only walk.

    RvR i think, if using all our dmg amps: recurve, stalkers, 25m range bonus, and the EA bonus, you'll still nuke ppl, but only with EA filler, OR using the new float/snipe skill with those buffs active. Then we go back to noodle dmg till those buffs are back up. 30% more dmg just for being behind your front line isnt too bad, but it still feels like theyre trying to make archer more of a 1v1 burst class, which it sucks at, because all of our real burst require charge time. At the same time, that silence on conc is going to really screw over healers and mages, since it can stack/be chained (RvR).

    This would only be accurate if the amps were an improvement over what we have now, which they are not. We lose on dmg, lose in crit, gain in crit dmg, but only during new float and lose the rest of the time. So we are basically slightly weaker than we are now 'at our best' , only we are replacing toxic shot with 5-6 more endless arrows depending on ping.

    How does the damage boost thing work, has anyone seen more than the vague information on the skill? Is it a range window? Does it give you a buff for x seconds, etc?
