    The Cloth user healers and mages cannot survive in 4.5 patch against darkrunners and rangers now too at all ? I am a healer but still I am a cloth user in basic; so I cannot survive even I have a shield ? Even now, I get killed so easily with shield as fully gemmed, my gear score is 7.2k and thy people who kill me in our legacy server is +8k or +9k or +10k gear score darkrunners, rangers mainly and even I get too much damage from +9k gear score mage classes too with legendary weapon ones. I really don't know how to survive as healer really. I gear up but still getting killed so easily in pvp battles. In shagtion or in any eu servers the pvp is small or medium sized or zerged by good geared player nation players ... It seems that this game hates healers or cloth user classes
    Once upon a time, a warborn was born in Prophecy and the warborn decided to play in Sirothe to gear up by farming gold in a safe,peaceful with lot's of sea salt environment

    Im 8.6k, which was about 7-7.4k pre patch, so you were somewhere mid/low 6k yourself, which is sadly slightly below average in this current time period. Now.. clothies can have more defense than leather 80% of the time, because of the sole fact you all tend to use a 1h and shield + def gems. Im at 43% in both defenses... and rarely oracle anymore. If I can survive, why cant you? Healing is just as mobile as archery, in that u can get off most skills instantly, while moving around. Do you stand in place/move only a few meters from your healing target? Thats a R.I.P. for any healer/mage that isnt templar/swiftstone, and even then ive seen healers and mages power through and escape. Sounds like you need better defense gems, and probably alot more toughness/resilience in your costumes too.

    You just need more practice. Except that you will die a lot to start, review what is killing you and think about what you can do about it, rinse repeat. Talk to experienced healers and get their take, but dont take their views as gospel. I like to shadow play fights and see what I am screwing up. If something weird happens in a fight that I am not sure about, shadow play and review.

    Also accept that you cant prevent all deaths. You are going to die to some DR that is barely able to tie his shoes, but kills you by smashing his face into tiger strike -> precision strike. It happens, worry about the fights where you can do something.

    Idk if anyone noticed, but occult also got the range nerf. 20m mana stars, from 25. Woop woop! Cant wait to put this movement speed into action.

    Edit: their range has always been 20m... but dont have a current range increase passive, yet im always getting hit around 25... time to fight more slullknights and double check whats happening. -.-

    Edit of my Edit: it was just the one, spamming comets boon, in arena. Was fast enough to get in range, before I could see the range differences. Useless post, carry on. xD

    I constantly get hit with 25m mana stars in arenas as well if that makes you feel better

    Mages, healers are nerfed more to make darkrunners and rangers more OP at every non-sense patch... I really don't know how the cloth users will survive in 4.5 patch ( especially the healers that block and parry are changing too which you lose your chance to block the attack totally, it was not the case for shield healers but we will get more damage as usual from melee and ranged physical damage classes. In addition, healers are getting tons of damage from +10k gear score mythic or legendary weapon mage classes too that thy can kill you so easily. I have 14k magic defense but these kind of mages I mentioned you can kill me easily ). Apart from that, from the pvp videos I watched in Korean version of the game for 4.5 patch, everyone is mainly rangers or darkrunners that I hardly see even the plate users, healers and mages ( healers are the lowest amount of ones in numbers ).

    No decent healer should have issues with mages and shouldnt have many issues with archers currently. A healer has what on average, 15% block (0% on two handed) and negligible parry currently? In 4.5 there will not be full avoidance, but you also get almost 3x as much block from stamina and now parry from spirit. My 2 handed healer friend is going to 40+% parry in 4.5 which is a huge defensive benefit over what he has now even when you take into account no longer getting full avoidance, which was negligible for him anyways. Also the 60% heal debuff is reduced to 30%, making it even harder to kill a healer unless you can one shot them.

    killing healer is easy: some basic dmg + enervate on cd with leg scepter/staff.. no healer will survive this.

    Pretty sure he is talking about open world and not arena's, and thus that was my context as well.

    Given the massive change to how much mana you use in 4.5 I am not sure that's will work any longer.
