    As a side note, I almost feel ashamed by my hoarding habits. And this only makes me see the problem for what it is lol. I wish, I really really wish, XL or you guys could just expand the warehouses to at least fit in all the bound and marketplace items. I wouldn't mind having to pay an extra apex every month to be able to access this expanded warehouse but, for the love of Nui, just eliminate the risk of emails getting automatically deleted or mistakenly deleted. The thought of losing any kind of item in this game makes me nauseous.

    I had the same issue on my original Alpha account and was basically told they couldn't do anything about it and I logged in a few months later. I lost items that I paid for with credits and my founder items. They basically said it was my fault and they couldn't research to see what was lost, I gave them a partial list. Red Mecha coveralls unbound, jeans, goggles, glit coffin, glass phoenix glider, etc ...

    Checked with friends, 6 out of 6 accounts have the same issue (ex-Dahuta, now Tempest), I guess this is global issue.
