    Trion responded to my ticket and gave out an item list they will be restoring for me in 12h. Only seemed to include cash shop items, mounts and bound gear.
    Crafting mats and other items are not included.
    Waiting for their next response now.

    Also lost everything I still had in my inbox. 6 pages of mail.
    I kept it in mail as I knew I have until September to sort it out (and it was convenient to get crafting materials where ever I happened to be).
    Not good news at all that they will not restore everything!

    So we all have to open up individual tickets?
    Looks like everyone I know has lost their mails...

    Edit: my own server chat is useless. There are people who have lost all. And then people who are gloating (schaedenfreude?) -- saying things that one should never trust Trion, you should not keep items in mail etc. Useless... :/

    Still no reply from a GM

    do we need to personally link the screenshots of our inventories, I had multiple other world storages and chest with a lot of valuables and you just wiped it all, Ex




    everyone stay calm, yes this is BAD! find a reason to stay calm. jump to another game etc. Let us hope this isn't shrugged off. keep updating the post clearly they don't have someone good @ the job @Muzzy, he might be to busy creating content for the next stream. XD

    Our team has potentially found a way to restore the mails lost. We're aiming for next week's maintenance to deploy the fix. We've already let people know if they've sent in a ticket for this issue.

    It's still important to send in a ticket!

    Thank you for your understanding. We were freaking out just as much and hustled to get a fix. If anything changes, we'll keep you updated.

    Hey thanks for responding Muzzy. Question now is that would it be necessary for us to send tickets on our alt accounts that are affected as well or not?
