Man, that's going to suck for healers.
Pretty sure all CR mobs count just like they do now, though I haven't actually tested it. Those rules are just for the regular mob grinding to finish the quest (see the orange text in the screenshot).
Sungold in really interesting since you can grind 100 mobs and pick up Haunted Obsidian... which you can use to make trade packs with 1 gilda to take to diamond shores (or for obsidian weapons).

As someone who runs a raid of alts I have to say that was a good way to reduce abuse. GJ on that one Excel.
I also like that we can kill regular mobs to get the quest done. This will be especially nice during bonus honor events because player nations tend to grief during those events.
Yny and Cinder also have blue salt requests so you can get CR, and your guild quest done at the same time.
