    Transfer System Temporarily Disabled (Available again!)

    Hello Adventurers,

    We've decided to temporarily disable the Transfer Service and Character Rename Service due to a technical issue preventing some players from accessing their characters in these services.

    We were keeping it up and performing transfers manually when requested, but this function has also presented issues.

    In order to fix the these services, they are being temporarily disabled. We'll be working with XL to get a fix as quickly as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience.

    The Transfer Service and Character Rename Service issues have been identified and a fix is in the works. It did not make it into this week's maintenance, but XL and Trion are aiming to have it in next week's patch.

    Unfortunately, we've run into some unexpected errors with transfers and name change services. We'll need extra time to fix these issues. We'll update this when we've got them sorted out.

    We will be continuing to actively work on a fix, test, and clear the bug with transfers/name changes. We won't update again until we have a better estimation of delivery.

    The Transfer and Name Change services are still being worked on by XL. We still do not have an eta on a solution. They will not make it into this week's maintenance.

    We recently implemented a fix for this issue, however, some players are still experiencing errors with the Transfer System.

    We ask that you contact support if your credits are consumed and your transfer fails.

    For those who experience the error still, manual Transfers will still not be possible.

    The major issue that players were experiencing has been fixed, so Transfers were made available again, as the previous post indicates.

    However, there is still a chance for a Transfer to fail. If it does, you may contact support and request a manual transfer. Yes, manual transfers are possible again.

    Should the manual transfer fail, your situation will be used to figure out the issue, so please do work with our team to sort it out.

    If you had tried to transfer after the previous announcement on May 9th, and your transfer failed, you will be contacted by our support team in the near future to be manually transferred. If you were one of those players, please wait to be contacted. You are free to attempt the transfer yourself, again.
