New tempers arent sold in cash shop, they are crafted via untradeable items you get from crates and mining a new node in Western Hirama.

Kr got upgrade recipe to craft b200. We didn't. We won't know exactly how this will flesh out till right before the patch drops. Even then we might be told wrong.

koreans had 1/2 epic hiram weapons per character on their FS day 1 of the patch. Guess what absolutely not a single person has in KR FS? Ayanad weapons.

And no, you cannot temper ANY damaged gear after the patch.

Not to mention not only does the Epic hiram scepter have the same matk as an eternal ayanad scepter, but it also has 17.3% crit damage and 6.1% crit rate.

Ayanad is 100% garbage.

It should also take you about 3,274 Pieces of Hiram to get from T2 to T3 Max for a 1 hander(If you use base hiram pieces at 100 exp a piece) If you have max Larceny that's still around 157k labor just opening them up. Also 23K labor to synth it all.

Hard no.. Time consuming yes. Nothing in the game is really hard. However outside of 2-3 pieces trying to make more than that to epic is foolish imo.
