Maybe you can help me out here, I put in a ticket to support ( #1142061). But they are refusing to do it because to much time has passed. The ticket was submitted Saturday at 11:45pm, and we have gone back and forth a few times, but I'm getting copy paste responses. Without a real answer.

For everyone else to know whats going on.. I purchased the correct lunagems, but chose the wrong gem type on accident. I'm told it can't be fixed because to much time as passed and it impacts the economy(This ticket is less than 48 hours old..).

Seems like a super easy fix to me, but if it can't be done can you maybe elaborate as to why? I understand if this is a tough lesson to learn.

I know I might not get a response on this.
