Quest bug "Work in the Territories"

Title: Quest bug "Work in the Territories"
Time: Sunday, October 7th, at 4:30 PM UTC

Context: I picked up the quest "Work in the Territories" and bought a "Blank Territory Work Permit"
Expected: Quest finished as all requirements were met
Observed: Nothing happened, getting a work request with the blank one didn't help either
Repro Steps:
1. Obtain quest
2. Buy "Blank Territory Work Permit" at guild store

My guild does not own the territory.
I'm using a German client.

Thank you for reporting this. I'm curious on more details on what you observed. Did the quest complete, but you didn't get Guild XP and Prestige? Or could you not turn in? Which territory did you turn it into?

Hello there,

I got kind of the same issue. Today at 1 am, I got the quest but instantly completed without receiving the chest that has the territoken in it, is not in my mail since my bag was not full. I dunno if this is happening to everybody but the lord coin prices are going up... maybe has some relation with it.

The quest is still open.
I got the work permit for Marzala.
