All my hay vanished during evolution off of 3 different toons and what was in chests. Thousands of hay. Not sure how much but I normally have anywhere between 3k and 10k hay bales spread across toons.
I mean it sucks but I don't have screen shots or any way to prove it so I will just have to take the loss.

There should be logs Customer Service can refer to, so I don't think you need screenshots. Submit a ticket, it can't hurt. Probably will take several days, since I'd imagine they have a backlog right now.
