Exactly. I read back over that and realized I misread it due to confirmation bias.

They're negotiating employment and transition stuff right now. Once that's done they will immediately figure out a release date for 5.0. They expect to finish negotiations early this week.

So 5.0 launch is TBD until they tell us otherwise.

Sorry it doesn't work that way. What Trion did is on them. Gamigo did not purchase Trion the they did not take on their debt or obligations, lawsuits etc.

Why would Khrolan and other be negotiating salary if they were not going to work for another company?
