    I really don't understand the logic of Customer support, your ticket is # 1176047 while #1185839, 1185831, 1185740 are resolved, as we can see in this post.

    So it is doing by newest first?

    It has been 17 days on ticket# 1176047 and as best I can tell no one has looked at it ever. Patron will not renew. I will lose my properties if this not fixed within a couple days.
