Patron Issue - Account Information needed

There have been a lot of reports regarding patron issue lately.
In order to help us track the affected accounts, please read this thread carefully.

If you are affected by the ongoing patron issue, please post your in game-name and server as a reply to this thread with the account linked to the game.
For example:
If you are playing with the account John Doe, please login with the same John Doe account on the forums.

The data will be forwarded to the rest of the team and we will post updates as we get them.
Please keep in mind that we won't give away any personal information or steps we took on a specific account due to privacy reasons.

Please ONLY post in this thread if you are affected by the patron issue!
