Skill 1: Balloon Charge - Instantly propels the glider forward.
Skill 2: More Balloons! - Rises upward 30m and stealths the owner for 3 sec. You can't change the direction while rising.
Debuff: Flight Speed Boost Cool-down - Prevents the use of Flight Speed Boost for 45 sec.
