    Deactivating Transfers

    Hello everyone,

    We’ve made the decision to temporarily deactivate the character server transfer for now due to the technical issues that have been occurring. We believe that this will allow us to fix the issue while preventing other players from getting stuck. The team will announce when the service is re-enabled. If one of your characters is currently stuck in the transfer process, please make a ticket through customer support so they can assist you.

    Greetings,

    We understand that some of you want to change a character's name or request a server transfer; these services are currently unavailable.

    Be assured that we are working on it with XL. We'll let you know as soon as there is new information to spread.

    You will be informed by the Community Management team here on the forums when we get more information on when these services will become available again.
    There have been quite a lot of tickets sent to the Customer Support team asking when the service will come back online.
    Please do not contact support about when these services will return, as this delays the response time of other tickets in the support queue.

    If you have already made a payment for this service and would like a refund, our support team will be happy to help.

    The transfers and name change service is available again.
    The previous restrictions on transfers still apply.
