crazy new graphics glitch with new update

some of my guildies have the same issue.. you can see through parts of the land.. like stairs that go into the ground u can see the full set of stairs through the ground.. happens everywhere.. rocks, fences, pens, basically most things that have a texture that goes under the ground. its dependent on the angel of which you are looking at them with camera.. It appears that if you are moving, all is as normal, but, if you stop and stand still, is when things disappear. o.O

Tried that and it didn't fix it for me at least.
