me and my hubby got a copy paste reaction and they closed them... nothing solved :/ we gave up we didn't wonna even bother waiting another 4 months... we already moved on, but it's sad to see this is still happening to people

Darsy you still don't have you main weapon back? They should have fixed this at the same time they removed the expoited Erenor.
