    Server : Taris ONLY .... All vehicles/boats/cars/haulers/ships/boards. (basically anything you need to summon).. this problem is all over the game there is no specific zone.

    so, nach mehr als einer Woche platzt mir ehrlich mal der Kragen. Niemand bei XL/Gamigo/Trion (wer auch immer für den Schrott zuständig ist) ist hoffentlich der Meinung, das ich auch nur noch einen Cent in dieses Spiel investiere, mein Abo werde ich kündigen, der Patron läuft noch 2 Wochen. Sollte bis dahin dieser elende Bug nicht gefixt sein, hat es sich für mich endgültig mit Archeage erledigt. Ich bin nach wie vor der Meinung, das Archeage ein tolles Spiel für unheimlich lange Zeit ist, aber das schlägt dem Fass echt den Boden aus.
    Support ist ein Fremdwort (was waren das goldene Zeiten, als ein Livesupport möglich war), Antworten gibt es keine, Klagen der Spieler an jeder Ecke.
    Ich denke, nun ist es an der Zeit, mal zu zeigen, wer das Geld zahlt, nämlich wir die Spieler.
    ergo....null Leistung -> null Geld.
    Ihr fahrt eure Gelddruckmaschine Archeage an die Wand und bekommt den Hintern nicht hoch, um Problemlösungen anzubieten oder auch nur Gespräche mit Spielern zu suchen, um ihnen so wenigstens ein wenig Goodwill zu zeigen. Ich fühle mich gelinde gesagt..verar....t und für blöd verkauft.
    Ich denke, so wie ich werden viele andere verfahren, aber dann hat sich das Problem Taris sicher auf einfache Weise gelöst.

    We are aware that some of you have lost worth on packs/larders e.g and take that to account when the compensation is being worked on.

    This really isn't a update, this is just repeating what you have been saying for the last 9 days.

    How about a ETA? or a hint of what your actually doing, which at the moment appears to be nothing.

    Any plan's to do anything about the fact that people who buy apex for patron are unable to make gold and at the snail pace you guys are working on this they might loose their land etc.

    You really need to slap XLGames in the face now..demand a fix within a certain time frame.. a week is already long enough..
    We are talking about business here, for us a game.. for you business.. And else you do whatever you can.. (help players) to keep them playing.
    Too bad for Xlgames and their super slow progress on a so called fix.. but you have a business to run.

    And the most important things of your business is... us!.. take action immediately!

    What exactly have you done in these past one and a half week? Did you find the cause of this issue? Do you even have an idea how you can fix this issue? Is this issue solvable? We only get the same text again and again and again and again... We have enough from this answers. Give us more informations, give us an eta! We want answers!

    Maybe it's time to refund?

    This tells us nothing !! Is this all we are really worth ???

    How about ETA, how about something other than saying compensation, we are not talking about that, that is expected. We are talking about how much we are being effected by not being able to play the game !

    Do I / We now wait another 2 or 3 days for an answer ?

    And if you can not answer that, could you answer this.

    Do you think this is the right way to deal with this problem, do you think it is showing us the respect we have earned from putting up with this ?

    na jede Wette, der Cashshop wird pünktlich aktualisiert. Aber so geht man mit Kunden NICHT um und wir sind Kunden, die Spieler von Taris sind KUNDEN. Sagt doch einfach,
    wir wissen nicht woher der Fehler kommt
    wir haben den Fehler lokalisiert, wissen aber nicht wie wir ihm beikommen
    wir haben ihn und arbeiten an der Lösung
    ...irgendsowas. Aber lasst mich in Ruhe mit der ollen Compensation, die fällt sowieso nicht so aus, das es den Ausfall an Gold, Ehre, etcetcetc. kompensiert. Zeigt das ihr den Hintern in der Hose habt und sagt etwas außer
