    sorry for the wait : ticket response unsolved and more

    this is a joke right ?

    after how long i get a reply that had nothing to do with the ticket i send in the first place.

    I'm sorry you find that frustrating. Might I point you to the new items in the cash shop that always seems to work?
    Epic Erenor Scepter - 856 Magic Att, 733 gimped DPS.
    Epic Erenor Katana - 815.3 DPS.
    Epic Erenor Bow - 693 DPS... worse than the gimped weapon even though it's a primary weapon.
    "Balance" . . . This doesn't even take in to account the 978.4 epic erenor nodachi, or 978 mAtt staff.

    I got the exact same message. My problem was time sensitive as well, so I am in limbo. lol

    One of my fears is, they kick back to the end of the line when they give me that answer.

    We understand the frustration that comes up when a ticket is not handled as you wish/expect it or takes a long time to be handled.
    As we are not discussing Tickets in the forums we are closing that thread.
    We can assure that the customer service is working as fast as possible on those tickets so everyone gets an answer in a timely manner.

    The marketplace updates are not related to any bugs/tickets/issues what we explained in this thread.
