    Regarding EU Compensation Pack

    Hello everyone,
    There have been a few long maintenances on the EU server to assist in the stability and latency of the servers as well as various hardware maintenances. These hardware maintenances, while necessary, have given us a lot of feedback from the community. In many of the maintenance threads of the hardware maintenances, a lot of players wanted us to address what the compensation is and when you’ll receive it.

    We understand your frustrations with the longer maintenances, but we haven’t forgotten about the compensation! We’re just working our hardest on providing the stability to the EU servers first. Once stability on the EU server is reached, we will be giving the consolidated compensation for all the downtimes and issues that have been occurring. Compensating in this way ensures that everyone will be able to make use of the compensation efficiently without any stability issues with the server preventing playtime. Additionally, the team cannot provide information as what the compensation will be quite yet. We want to make sure that the compensation is fitting to the amount of down time and issues experienced. After the team concludes what it should be, we’ll notify everyone through this thread.

    We understand that you would like more information on the exact compensation you will receive for the server stability issues.

    One thing for sure is that we know the stability issues are affecting your game experience a lot and we will come up with a compensation that contains more than just Gift Coins or potions. We will also compensate players that have been Patron during this time.

    Unfortunately, it is too early to give out exact information, as we are still working to resolve the stability issues and therefore cannot determine what the appropriate compensation will be at this time.

    We are not holding back the compensation longer than necessary. However, we think that for certain items or for example patron time the servers should be stable enough so that the compensation is not wasted.

    More information will be provided once we know we are out of the woods on these server issues.

    We are working on the compensation pack for all the maintenances and crashes you experienced in the past.
    While we are still working on the server stability we know you'd like to know what the compensation is going to be.

    Pack for everyone who logged in at least 10 times on different days on the EU servers during the time frame of April 16th 0 UTC - June 10th 23:59 UTC and played at least 2 hours in total:
    • 7x Honorable Victory Rank 5 (1000 Honor)
    • 50x Kyrios Badge
    • 2x Bound Worker's Compensation: 1000
    • 20x Gilda Star
    • 3x Bound Lucky Elixir
    • 20x Spring Race Token
    • 5x Gift Coin
    Additionally, from those players above that have been Patron at least for one day during that time frame receive a pack of:
    • 3x Bound Worker's Compensation: 1000
    • 150x Loyalty Token
    • 14 Days of Patron

    As a lot of you were not able to complete the login tracker due to unexpected maintenances and crashes, we will provide you an additional pack which will be sent to you when you logged in to the EU servers at least on 21 different days during May.
    This pack contains 1x Login Badge.

    We understand that the frustration coming up during those downtimes cannot be taken away but we hope that this compensation pack finds you well.

    We are currently working on the packs and you will get them in the upcoming week.
