Greetings,
We are bringing PTS down for maintenance at 1 PM UTC on June 5th.
We are going to update the PTS so the version matches the live servers.
This patch will be approximate ~69 MB.
There is no ETA for the downtime but will update you as soon as the servers are online.
We also will be working on fixing the character slot issue.

Just some advice from someone working in operations, how about updating test environments ahead of live environments?

Hello everyone,
PTS is now available once more! The character slot issue hasn't been resolved quite yet, but we are still investigating the issue.
If you are still having character issues, please report the details if you have not already in this thread so we can learn more.
EDIT: Also, it seems Fluffy has fallen asleep again. We're currently aware of the issue, we're seeking a better caffeine source to keep him awake.
