    [RESOLVED] EU Login Issues / Server restart - 14th of July 2019

    Greetings,

    We are aware of the issues occurring on the EU servers.
    The team is working on it and we'll spread new information about it as soon as possible.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience it causes.

    *Update:
    Logins are working again, but the servers need to be restarted to assure the functionality of the auction house.

    Update 2:
    Servers are back online.

    Hi Carendash! Dear CM...
    The server threw us 10 seconds before collecting the reward of hiram cave (dungeon), when you had rescued 200 villagers.
    Unable to collect our reward and unable to reconnect to the game in more than an hour ...
    When can we enter? Is this situation going to be maintained as monotony? What happens with the missions and bottles of labor obtained from the market paid with diamonds (apex)? ..
    We talk about months ... I think that as a client we are your, we deserve more than a compensation, we want information, we want to know what is the roadmap that the server carries with these problems ...
    This is serious, let's not talk about an error / errors of a week. We talk about months ...

    Hi,

    Once or twice is fine but it's happening frequently. Can you ensure same kind of stability as you do for NA? The way things seems past few weeks, it looks like you are approaching issues with least effort and providing only band-aid like solutions instead of permanent one. These issues especially over weekend is bloody annoying. Take this seriously.

    I don´t want sorry words, i only want play, if i not can i want know how much time you need. Your information leaves much to be desired. This is frustrating and painful, we pay to play not to see the forums....

    Heya,

    The logins are working again but we'll have to restart the servers at 1 PM UTC on July 14.

    This step is mandatory to assure the auction house is working as intended again.

    We expect a downtime of 90 minutes.
