Rudal's and Lyor's journal fragments - what to do.

Is there anything practical to do with these journal fragments other than selling them to a merchant? If they can be assembled it looks like it would take 100 empty slots in the bag to load them in. Or is there some other way? and are they worth fooling with in the first place?

You can store them in the Pagemaster's Chest so they don't occupy your inventory. They can be assembled into books when you have a complete set. And they can be sold to people who are trying to collect a full set.

But am I correct in assuming you have to load all 100 fragments into your bag, "inventory" in order to make a book?

You bind them 10 at a time with a quire; then you bind the quires into a book. Once they are bound into a quire, they are not tradeable unless unbound.

I have them grouped in order, and in 10's, but I've been unable to discover anything about a "quire", how to get one, or how to bind fragments into one. I would appreciate a little further explanation :-)

I've done very little printing so I'm fairly ignorant in that area.

Quires from from explorer bags that are sometimes at exploration spots, they are tradeable and can be bought on the AH too.

Quire tools are a rare drop, so keep farming!
