    Preorder sent to wrong character

    I preordered the gold package, never got to pick which character it went to, and it ended up going to a character I abandoned because my friend got locked out of Denistrious. I've made a ticket for this, been asking Discord mods, etc and I've had 0 response. I was told I would be able to pick which character recieved the rewards, never got a chance, and they got sent to a character I want to delete now because my friend couldn't join me so I rerolled on Kaylin. I've been trying to find any sort of customer service phone number, live chat, etc and it feels like I may have just lost $25. Please help! The rewards chest is unopened and I just want it transferred.

    Would be great if I could get some sort of help with this. I've submitted a new ticket, but that seems to be all I can do. There no longer seems to be any live chat option with support, and there is no phone number/email I can contact to try and get someone to help me.
