    Payment Issue

    I purchased a Credit Pack on AA Legacy. My bank account was charged. But I didnt receive the credits.

    TICKET: #1346054

    Please fix it.

    My ticket was answered, and they said that they can not help me because they don't have data about my purchase.
    I made the purchase at their website https://archeage.trionworlds.com/
    How is it possible for they to have no data about my purchase? If its really true, their website might be going thought some really bad kind of issue, and they need to fix it asap, because if I'm having this problem, other people that purchase at their website might also have this problem.

    I have 5 years playing AA, always with Patron, always making purchases at the store. Am I going to lose my money now because the website is going though some kind of issue?
    I already sent the payment voucher and still they say they can do nothing about it because they have no data about the purchase.

    I really hope you guys find a way to fix it. Otherwise I'll never make any other purchase at the store.

    First of all sorry to hear that you are having issues. But do not recommend spending money on Gamigo for a while till they can get their shazbot together. About a month ago I had an issue with their billing cycle bs they ended up charging me over $500 without my consent. I had to keep hitting them with my complaints till I got my issue resolved.     For your situation since support whats to play stupid with you. If you paid with PayPal I recommend looking it up where you did the purchase in summary then click on the order. It should show a transaction id. Tell The support to look that up.

    If you don't have PayPal you might be able to do it with your bank. But you might have to go in person to your bank and see if they can get you a receipt number or transaction id.

    Being a customer with trion/gamigo since rift alpha they have really gone downhill with their customer service. So it might take a while for them to respond back. But I hope my tips help you get your purchase or your money back.
