I have a ticket in for changing my email as my old one was deleted so now I cant get the authentication code its been almost a week and I've herd nothing from support. This is not a hard thing to fix but you guys move like molasses.

from the 3 tickets ive put in, its been anywhere from 3-8 days
My ticket was solved after 1 month
Well mine was made on day 2 after launch, still no answer. But timer was 2 times resettet on day 7...

I'm going on 17 days now.... I have not even gotten a "Hey, we are full on tickets but we know you submitted something. We will get to you in order received"
So at this point customer assistance pretty much blows.
I have a suspicion that the customer service runs on Valve Time.

Day 15 for me now and counting. I hope they will be resolving all our tickets soon.
Lucky you..2 weeks and i still haven't heard except for that auto reply..

Week and a half still nothing I have never dealt with this kind of incompetence in a gaming company before. But I guess thats what I get for thinking they will all take care of you like GW2 and FF do......
