    Payment issues with Paysafecard (11/29)

    Heya,

    We've received multiple reports about Paysafecards not working for purchases through the store.
    This is currently under investigation.

    Due to ongoing payment issues with the payment provider HiPay we've temporarily disabled all HiPay payment options, including but not limited to:
    • Sofortüberweisung
    • Giropay
    • Paysafecard
    We're working on the issue and kindly ask you to remain patient while we're in contact with HiPay.
    We'll update you as soon as we've got more information.

    Regarding Payment Issues - Update:

    Due to an issue with the payment methods of HiPay, we had to temporarily disable them.

    The transactions of players that got charged through the store via payment methods of HiPay including but not limited to Sofortüberweisung or Giropay and not received their items or Credits, will be processed in a timely manner.

    Together with Hipay we are working on reviewing these player transactions.
    We are sorry for the inconvenience and let you know once everything has been delivered.
